Reporting to the Human Resources department, you will be responsible for running errands, deliveries, and transportation based on the company’s needs. Whether handling documents, supplies, or transporting foreign workers, you will directly support the smooth flow of our operations with your reliability, customer service, and safe driving.
Carry out errands and purchases based on the needs of different departments.
Ensure the circulation of documents, parcels, and equipment between offices, departments, and sites.
Safely transport foreign workers according to requests.
Operate different company vehicles, including a minibus (Class 4B driver’s license required).
Provide occasional support to logistics operations and warehouse activities.
Mandatory to perform external commissions and transportation tasks.
Essential to ensure safe and responsible driving.
Manage your schedule efficiently, meet deadlines, and demonstrate discretion in all tasks.
Provide quality service in your interactions with colleagues, suppliers, and partners.
Able to work variable hours, sometimes on call.
An advantage to facilitate communication with foreign workers.
Experience in a similar role (courier, driver, internal transportation) is an advantage.
