Ingredients

  • 1 pack (454 g) of SAVOURA Cocktalio tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • A handful of fresh GOURMA basil leaves, torn by hand
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (or to taste)
  • Fleur de sel and freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • (Optional) A few pieces of bocconcini or fresh mozzarella

Preparation

  1.  Place the Cocktalio tomatoes and GOURMA basil in a bowl.
  2.  Add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3.  Gently toss to coat evenly.
  4. (Optional) Add the cheese just before serving.
